MTM Awards is a leading player in promoting and honouring diverse business and community groups. The Awards are already established as the premier Asian, Black & Ethnic Minorities event in the South West, nationally and across waters, welcoming over 3600 people across communities at the Glittering Gala Evening, over 1500 nominees making it to the nomination shortlist and over 70,000 voting online since inception in 2012.
MTM is renowned for pushing boundaries and offering audiences a world-class Glittering Gala Award Evening and nominees an extraordinary experience of a lifetime to showcase their excellence & achievements in business and community work. We are now one of the UK’s biggest and most sought-after award ceremony that celebrates the excellence and achievements of Asian, Black & Ethnic Minorities.
The awards are handed out to winners by our celebrity guests, some of whom have attended the presentation evening since inception in 2012. This clearly speaks of the consistency of these prestigious awards as the leading award ceremony in the South West and beyond.
Now in its seventh year and building on the success of MTM 2017 Awards, we are delighted to be able to continue to offer our stand-out glittering gala awards night for 2018, celebrating the essence of business and culture across our rich diverse ethnic minority communities. 2018 has seen a record number of nominees and voting exceed 30,000.
The MTM Awards provide a perfect setting for networking in a uniquely cultural environment in the heart of Bristol.
Our Special Recognitions are awarded to businesses and communities other than the Asian, Black & Ethnic that work closely with these communities.
Most awards ceremonies, including the Oscars, are dry, meaning that there are no snacks and certainly no bubbles while you watch. The MTM Glittering Gala Award Evening at the Bristol Marriott Hotel is different. While everyone takes their seats, starters are served, and once the live show begins, snacks and wine keep circulating around the room.
The evening promises a star-studded line up of entertainment, exquisite dining and celebrity guests, all present to raise the profile of the event to a global audience.
Dinner is served midway through the program as guests enjoy some great live entertainment, so, the chatting, laughing, and bustle in the room are real; people are partying.
